Kimberly founded Oien Bookkeeping with a vision of supporting business owners by easing the burden of the financial responsibilities they have to tackle each month. She has always had a passion for helping people, she began her professional journey as a nurse working in a pediatric office before opening a chiropractic clinic with her husband and acting as the office manager, which included being the bookkeeper for 18 years. 

During the same time, Kimberly also started her own business as a blog owner and has been a content creator since 2016. She has personally seen that one of the most challenging issues of owning your own business is handling the financial duties that can become overwhelming. Having an interest in accounting and her natural inclination for organization have helped in making these tasks less daunting and more enjoyable. 

Kimberly’s ability to understand the financial aspects of a business and offer insights makes her an asset to her clients. Recognizing that bookkeeping combined her passion for helping people and her fondness for managing finances, Kimberly opened Oien Bookkeeping.

During her free time, she loves spending time with her husband, their four sons and one daughter-in-law. You can usually find them at Disney World or on a pickleball court. Whether she’s traveling to new destinations or beautifying their home through DIY decor and crafting, Kimberly embraces every moment with enthusiasm and gratitude for the blessings in her life.
